Tras 17 días de reposo para mejorar la tendinitis de ambos aquiles, nos vamos Blanca de las nieves, Tuca, Kilian y yo a Sallent de Gállego para subir nuestro clásico Musales. Una ruta que hacíamos varias veces cada año cuando vivíamos aquí.
Aunque todavía no puedo correr, pues aún tengo algo de dolor en ambos tendones, sí que puedo andar. Así que, andando y sin prisas, nos hicimos esta bonita excursión un día libre de trabajo. Algún trote a la bajada, pero muy breve. De momento habrá que seguir dando tiempo a los tendones a que sigan desinflamándose poco a poco.
Este viernes iré a Benasque para ver el ambiente del GTAP, pero no correré La Vuelta al Aneto, claro. Los tendones no están para una carrera todavía, ni de lejos. Habrá que darles más tiempo, tener paciencia y agradecer los progresos, especialmente poder andar ratos largos.
De momento, poder caminar y hacer estas rutas en familia, volviendo al Pirineo, son ya para mí una gran alegría.
Nos vemos esta tarde con la meteo del fin de semana y la meteo del Gran Trail Aneto Posets (GTAP) de Benasque. Pinta lluvia la tarde del viernes y luego un sábado fresco (frío en altura, cortavientos, guantes), ventoso de norte y con nubes orográficas en los tramos de los Llanos del Hospital a Salenques, con más sol al sur del Aneto y en Cerler y el Posets. Domingo cielos azules, con menos vientos y, tras fresco amanecer, mediodía más cálido.

Yo fui ayudándome de los bastones, para ahorrar tensión a los gemelos y los tendones de aquiles
Paradita en el ibó de Ibonciecho para que Tuca nade un poco y se refresque
En la parte alta, antes de las rampas finales al collado
Blanca llegando al collado de Musales

En la cima de Musales soplaba fuerte el viento del sur.

ResponderEliminarHola Jorge, en una 10K que hice terminé con tendinitis en el aquiles. Como me dolía poco, no pare y después seguí entrenando y corriendo normalmente...soy un poco bruto sí jaja. ¿Resultado de eso? Al final más de un año hasta que se fue el dolor definitivamente. ¡Así que ya sabes, con mucho ojo y si molesta a parar! Un saludo Jorge.

EliminarNo tengo prisa en correr. Prefiero esperar que estropearlo más y que la lesión se cronifique.
De momento me pierdo la Vuelta al Aneto.
Veré si mejora para el Trail Valle de Tena el 1 sept...
... y si no, pues esperaré a final de octubre para os Foratos de Lomenas en Torla...
... y si no, tocará esperar y calmarlo con una temporada de esquí entre medio.
El alza en el esquí para foquear protege el aquiles y me permitiría hacer travesía.
Pero bueno, si en un mes o dos puedo trotar, mejor, claro, jaja

Oye, tengo una pregunta por curiosidad, es que no entiendo nada de perros, pero observo en tus fotos que el galgo siempre lo lleváis con bozal... es por alguna razón en especial? Para que no ladre? porque morder, me imagino que no muerde, los galgos parecen tranquilos.

Al principio lo llevábamos sin bozal, pero no queremos ningún altercado... por si acaso.
